I. Formalization of the contract:

MyWishCam will have the right at any time to verify an order in advance or to reject an order without giving reasons. If MyWishCam does not confirm your order within ten business days, it will be considered rejected.

Whenever you register, or buy on our site, personal data such as name, surname, address, email, and telephone number are collected. These data are only used solely and exclusively to contact you, for any purchase or promotion, and to ship the products. They are never supplied to third parties.
III- Payment methods.

Additionally, you can pay in cash, by means of a dataphone to our messenger, or online with any credit card, PSE and all cash payment methods in Colombia through the EPAYCO payment gateway.
IV- WishList.
A WishList is understood as a wish list that a user makes of the products that draw attention to our site, this list is made in order to be published in various media and social networks by the same user, and that other people have the possibility of buying a product from their list for said user.
MyWishCam can request additional verification to a buyer if it sees it necessary, these can be photos of the identity document of the credit card holder and photo of the credit card hiding all the data and numbers except the name and the last 4 digits of the card, which must match the buyer's information.
If someone buys a product from your Wishlist and it is out of stock, the money will be returned to the user.
If the same person buys more than 1,500,000 Colombian pesos in a single day, additional verification will be requested and the products will not be sent until said requirement is met, and at least 3 business days have passed.

A factory defect is when you receive a product with flaws that are clearly due to quality and / or manufacturing problems. Such as non-vibrating motors, material defects, general imperfect. There is no cost to request a guarantee, it is done through our hotlines and the time depends on the delay in which the corresponding brand responds to us.
